What is the cancellation fee policy?

At Compass Immunology Clinic, we understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes prevent patients from attending their appointments. However, due to the high demand for our services and the time allocated to each booking, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you do not provide sufficient notice or fail to attend your appointment, a late cancellation / non-attendance fee of $250 will apply.

This fee may either be:

• Debited from the credit card provided at the time of booking, or

• Payable by an issued invoice prior to any future appointments with our clinic.

The 48-hour notice period is based on clear business days and excludes weekends and public holidays. For example, to cancel a Monday appointment without incurring a fee, notice must be given before the same time on the preceding Thursday.
