What is the difference between an Immunologist, an Allergist, and a GP Allergist?

Immunologists and Allergists are doctors who are medical specialists who are Fellows (members) of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. They have undertaken postgraduate training in Clinical Immunology and Allergy. Immunologists and Allergists are the same kind of doctor. GP Allergists are doctors who are GP specialsits and are Fellows (members) of the Royal Australia College of General Practitioners, and have undertaken further study in the field of Allergy and have post-graduate university qualifications in Allergy.
